Interesting to see the American side of paralegals…I’m Canadian and I’ve been a legal assistant/paralegal for 12 years. ♥️
The only way to survive this career is to absolutely love your practice area.

I am looking to receive my B.S. in Criminal Justice and as an Introvert with ADHD, I can't tell you how relieved I am to find someone in the position that I want to be in! I'm neurodivergent as well, I'm a blunt girl so seeing that you also hold that characteristic is nice. Lol I want to be kind, but I can't lie. lol

Yeassss I work in a County DPAs office, only black person in the entire building. And the coddling that takes place😫😫😫 literally has me taking my anxiety meds again. You described me to the letter!!!! So glad I’m pivoting into this field.

I just happened to find your video come up on my feed- I'm currently taking a paralegal certification program, an accelerated program, and I'm really nervous about finding a paralegal position afterwards hopefully in Family Law. It's just a lot of new information and I'm still really shaky with drafting things and certain assignments, but it was refreshing to hear someone's story! :)

Subscribed!! You’re very inspiring, doing research on this line of work currently as it’s something that’s been on my mind for a while. Wish me luck! ☺️

I am getting my degree in Aviation Management. However I think I'm going to get a paralegal certification if I ever want to apply my aviation background with law. Aviation is highly regulated so I think i will enjoy the work.

this is the type of video i've been looking for!! my background is in journalism, but i ended up not going down that path full-time. it's been three years post-grad for me, and i was finally able to land an intake specialist type role with a personal injury firm and i start soon!! would love to see more paralegal content <3 also, what was that gorg lip color?? was it the rhode brand?

I’m extroverted so this is a very clear reminder to me being a paralegal would not be as fun as intake for me. I’d rather be majority client focused and then paperwork second. I also don’t baby people though I don’t think I’ll need to though. Woooow girl I’m trying to go into higher ed if not legal 😅 AND my degree is in communication with a minor in journalism .
