Such beautiful pictures 😍

I had the good fortune to participate in a workshop led by Mr. Warner. He is an outstanding photographer and teacher. Thank you Nicholas.

Wow, you clearly opened my eyes to see something new from today onwards! I'll never see my old pictures the same way again

Very helpful video, thank you!

It doe slook amazing, never seen such a clear example of why editing like this is important

So incredibly insightful. this taught me alot. i've been putting my focus in colour grading but the composition of the image seems to be everything that makes it pop

Great tutorial👍The way you use clarity, dehaze, contrast and exposure for dodging and burning are real eye openers to me. And as another comment mention below - it provides a new fresh look to ones older photos. Thank you.

Hearing your thought process behind the decision making for every mask is a game changer for me.🤯

I will take this insight and mindfulness in editing my next projects!  Thank you 🙌

great video, thank you! I learned that I have been overkilling some of those sliders :D

I'm a simple man, I only add +30 clarity globally!

Pretty neat. I do all that but just with the brush tool

Love it, makes me want to get my wide angle lens out again! 🙂

Great job, Nickolas. I always enjoy your videos.

Some great processing tips. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Nickolas , you gave me lots of info to practice on. This new Lightroom with all the masks just keeps on getting better. I've done a workshop or two in Utah out of Kanab with you. It's great to be able to follow you on Youtube.

Thank you very much!!!

Also it looks like the rocks hoodos i think you called it that but they look like the about to fall over and I guess that's because of the super wide angle lens you shot it on but they look like they about to fall over to back right side.

I have the same Wacom pad and cannot seem to get it to work well. Was there a learning curve to get good with it. I have a Mac book pro 16 inch

The exact kind of video I was looking for! Now you just need another one showing how you shot that picture, haha.
all that masking and editing aside, the photo just looks other wordly, idk how people get that look. Not sure if its just because it's a wide angle, or because maybe you've stopped down to f8 or so, or if the image is focus stacked. but none of my pictures ever look like that.

Also a question. Are these sort of masks and localized adjustments done in portrait photography the same way? Or is it much different?

At this point is this still photography? It doesn't look real anymore, it's beautiful but for me it's more digital artistry than anything else
