Thanks for clarifying your volume. You called it high volume, but sounds like it's more moderate if you're only counting the working sets. Seems like you prefer to do higher reps on your warmups than a lot of people do and work up pyramid style to a single top set with some past failure reps. That's almost Dorian HIT style! Lol.
