The brilliance of Andy and Vince goes far beyond their musicianship - it's their endearing friendship and commitment to song substance versus style that has made me a lifelong fan. Thank you, Vince. Thank you, Andy. Roll on, 2026!

I saw Erasure for the 1st time at Edinburgh playhouse, Scotland, 24th April 1988.  I had a Walkman in the mid 80s and had forgotten to take my tape of Bruce Springsteen to work with me,  a workmate offered her Erasure tape to play in my double headphone jack Walkman, so we could both listen to it - a lifelong love of Erasure was born ❤  We were beside ourselves when  we heard Erasure were playing at the Playhouse and we booked a works trip to the show. I'm not sure if it was the Wonderland tape or Andys fishnets, but boy did I fall in love hard! My kids have also been to Erasure gigs, I mean it would be child cruelty to deny them that.
When my Mother died of MND in 2013, Make it Wonderful was in the charts, when I lost my baby in  2005, I'll be there was my  go to song. Erasure saved me so many times during lifes battles.

I have laughed, cried, borne my children and raised them on Erasure. If they don't play and dance to Breath of Life & Gimme Gimme Gimme  at my funeral, I'll be haunting them forever 😂

Much love to Vince and Andy, you  are loved beyond
words xxx
