"Talk to me Goose.”

Maverick is flying along, then looks over to see the sunset and calls out to his long-lost friend... "Talk to me, Goose."  What an emotional scene.  You can tell Mave misses him terribly, is still in mourning and still in pain after the loss of his dear friend so many decades ago.  ... I remember seeing that scene for the first time in theaters and I completely lost it.  😭  Even listening to this music and thinking of that scene gets me teary-eyed.  😢 ... RIP Goose!  RIP Iceman (Val) !!  😢

This is by far my favourite ambient soundscape of all time. period! there's something about the visual

Travelling at mach 10 for 10 hours, what a ride.

One of my best friends from civil air patrol-basic  Encampment, got into a car wreck after that he was never the same and we quit talking

I miss him terribly

Now I’m a solo endorsed Pilot and working hard in ROTC with hopes to go to the Naval Academy. Thank you Jackson for helping me get here. Love you, man.!

A good pilot is compelled to evaluate what's happened, so he can apply what he's learned. Up there, we gotta push it. That's our job. It's your option, Lieutenant. All yours.

Three days ago in Poland. Radom Airport. A Polish F16 pilot was killed. Maciej "Slab" Krakowian... one of the best pilots in Poland. Blue skies, Major 🙏💔😥

“Thank you for saving my life.”

“It’s what my dad would’ve done…”

“The fastest man alive.”

In those moments when you are traveling without moving... When time stops, but is never ending.. There is a reality beyond our comprehention where thought is but a moment, and dreams are never far away.

Today I had a dream.
Based on nostalgic to my childhood.
I dreamed about everything that happend.
All bcs of my parents.
I have good memories.
My Sister's yesterday reminds of some of them.
Even tho we are still young.
I'm 2002, she is 2005 and youngest one is 2010. We talked about our childhood yesterday. It wasn't hitting me. Until this dream.
Through all dream this music was playing in background.
I was imaginating in it time when everything.. was lost.
Damn I got tears in my eyes right now.
And now waking up to reality where we are all togetherr is trully a gift.
This song will always reminds me of this feeling. If this was the main goal of compositor then you achive it very good.
I needed to put those words out of me to live my Day today.
I love my familie. One Day when the time comes bcs the time gonna come. I will be grateful to God that happend. Ofc there will a lot of cries but now it just.. it made me realize how important the are. Cant wait anymore to speed another day with them. (*tearing*) They are my World.

"We all know what happens if I don't."

Makes me think a little about my cousin Bryan. He retired from the Navy as a Commander a couple years ago, and whenever I listen to the music for the Top Gun films, let alone watch the films, he always comes to my mind first and foremost.

I would like to thank you. You can't guess how this ambient is precious for me, when I'm thinking, writing and more.

This would be the perfect tune to listen if you are on a long haul flight.

Talk to me Goose...

I have been using the 1 hour version to help me stay focused at work so much since I discovered it. Also, the Days of Thunder videos. I so much enjoy them. Thank you!

I look that scene and I think about an angel of the lord flying to fight against evil and bless an human being beloved by Jesus

"He's the fastest man in the world"

hell of a visual to go along with this one. nicely done

HAPPY 4TH 2025   EVERYBODY!!!!!!
