In case you were wondering, yes... I was also at the most shared automotive event on social media this week, the Tutto Bene Hillclimb. Conceived and organized by the Milanese design studio BorromeodeSilva, headed by Carlo Ludovico Borromeo, in collaboration with the Los Angeles-based creative agency Race Service, Tutto Bene (italian for ''All good'') is a wonderfully relaxed event where drivers, collectors and automotive enthusiasts gather to share their passion without pretense. Their motto "Slow Down To Go Fast" reminds everyone that driving pleasure and automotive passion come way before lap times. There are no stopwatches, no timing screens. It's just a celebration of pure driving culture.

Now in its third edition, this year's event was the first to be officially open to media and public (with a limited number of tickets). It takes place on the private Borromea road, which is one of the two possible ascents leading to the summit of Mottarone, a mountain located between Lake Orta and Lake Maggiore in north-western Italy. The 8 km course winds through about 60 curves on this road owned by the Borromeo family, of which Carlo Ludovico is a member, and it's tackled multiple times throughout the day by the numerous supercars, one-offs and iconic race cars belonging to the collectors, owners and manufacturers participating in the event.

Located at Bar Stazione, the event's central area is situated approximately 1.8 km from the start alongside a wide hairpin turn that has become a symbol of the event. This area transforms into a vibrant hub serving as a static display paddock where manufactures showcase some of their veichles, an open-air dining and relaxation zone complete with local food, drinks and DJ sets, as well as an official pop-up shop offering exclusive event merchandise.

Enjoy some raw action I recorded from a few public spots along this first 1.8 km section of the route!
