This time, I hiked 70km over 3 days in Hokkaido's Daisetsuzan National Park, from Kurodake to Optateshike Mountain, to capture the autumn foliage.

I was able to film the breathtaking scenery of the Daisetsuzan Mountains, said to have the earliest autumn colors in Japan, painting the entire mountain in red and yellow, in perfect conditions.

This time, I embarked on a three-day, 70-kilometer autumn foliage hike in Hokkaido’s Daisetsuzan National Park, traveling from Mount Kurodake to Mount Optateshike. I was able to capture—under perfect conditions—the spectacular scenery of the autumn colors, said to be the earliest in Japan, as they painted the entire mountain landscape in shades of red and yellow.
