Back in 2017, I put out a review of Ultimate Spider-Man on PS2—and I was ruthlessly harsh on it.

Years later, it’s time for a clean slate. I’m replaying the entire game from the ground up and capturing fresh footage to see where I actually stand today. Did I judge the chase sequences and combat too harshly back then, or has nostalgia been doing the heavy lifting for this cel-shaded classic?

Drop into the chat, hang out, and weigh in as we swing through Manhattan, run down Venom, and figure out if my 2017 verdict still holds water.
