I loved this game growing up. I'm Native American (Pueblo Laguna/Hopi) so Turok was like the only big franchise that featured a Native American as the badass hero.

You should look to the Turok Comics by Acclaim as those sets of comics were based around the games they made for the N64. You might get some good reference images for some of the creatures. The Turok 1 manual also had a cool comic inside of it as well.

Turok is underrated

This was the first game I ever owned that I didn't have to share with my brother. Grew up on Turok: Dinosaur Hunter, and still play through it from time to time

Turok had so many fascinating alien creatures and eldritch horrors.

Turok has really interesting worldbuilding, following the pulp tradition

There's more to the first Turok than meets the 👁

Thank you for making this. Turok was my first FPS I owned. It’s such a classic series and I wish they still made new Turok games to this day.

Oh heck yes, I had forgotten how wild Turock was!

Love this. There’s so much to the Turok universe in the games, comic books and the novels. I’m glad someone has finally taken the time to start touching upon this. I think you’ll get the most interesting things from the Dinosaur Hunter comics from the 90’s and the Acclaim comics taking place during and after Turok 2. There’s a lot stuff out there
