"Look ahead": those are comments of someone who has genuinely thought about his photography and who wants to share that with the viewers - avoiding all the generalities that can be found elsewhere. This is great ! You are running one of the best photography channel in youtube to me.

Great video. Towards the end of the video I thought, "You're actually steering us towards the 40mm!" Then the final point kicked in. lol.

Love 50mm. I'm experimenting with a 65mm and 24mm setup at the moment, as I just finished my year of 50mm shooting.

Great unlock with the (look ahead where you will be in 10 secs) tip! for the 50mm lens. Always some easy takeaway from your vids. 👍

Another excellent video. My goto on M43 used to be the 40 (Panasonic 20 f1.7) and I switched to the 50 (OM 25 f1.8 II) for the weathersealing, and since then I HAVE been finding my compositions too tight. All the advice above is well-received...and I also have my eye on a 40 again. Thanks!

Stepping back is good advice, great for perspective correction etc

Really enjoyed your commentary. Just picked up the Sony a7V, 16-35 GM2, and Sigma 85 in Japan—between the weak yen, tax-free savings, and some haggling, it practically paid for my airfare and then some.
