Ngl how anyone defended shadman baffles me. I’ve seen 8 year olds with better understanding of art fundamentals than he does. Plus he just seemed like an insufferable thing to interact with. I never saw the appeal in him

The whiplash from the Shadman loli stuff, to the wholesome Frieren angle art meme all in one video is insane lol.

Shadman eventually ended up being a drug addict living on the streets. So I guess he got what he deserved in the end.

"epstien of the internet"
epstien ofthe internet was the man himself..

I never unstastood why so many people were ok to associate their image with someone willingly portraying himself as a nazi.

I can, unfortunately, confirm the existence of the explicit Keemstar's daughter image. I was exposed to it on Twitter at seventeen against my will

Shadman is really the boogeyman of the art community huh

no seriously, how the fuck are people just letting Shad keep being online like NOTHING hes done for decades matter???

Pokemon genuinely has some of the best representation when it comes to skin tones and character designs especially, so seeing that Nessa was what popularised the whole blackwashing/whitewashing thing is both ironic and sad.

Okay so a bit of correction, Merryweather is a guy. He's not an artist either he's a writer who works with different artists for his series.

Am I cooked if I thought the Twitter logo at the start was Sonic

Just fyi, Merryweather isn’t an artist, he is the writer of the comics who hires other artists to draw them. Also he is a man 👍

You could make a whole Library of Alexandria comprised solely of Twitter artists and their controversies alone.

The Nessa fanart was one of my favorite moments on Twitter, I found so many artists that I still follow to this day but I HATED EVERYTHING ELSE AROUND IT

iirc, last year pipca (now dille) made a tweet reflecting on her old account and drama as a whole. i don't remember her exact words, but she seemed very mature about it all, not even namedropping or alluding to chip and basically just saying "man, i was immature and stupid." shes really one of the few twitter drama folks that actually did grow and change

I never realized how... Average Shad's art was. I guess I just never looked at it for long enough to analyze the style/anatomy because of the subject matter.

Getting kicked out of art school seems to be a running theme for na zis.

I forgot how terrifying edgy 2017 was, we really just let anyone in even if they're a danger to society
