Fungi are a gigantic neural network spreading beneath our feet. Yet, fungi and humanity are only just beginning to become acquainted with each other. Mikhail Vishnevsky, a PhD candidate in biology, mycologist, and naturalist, will discuss whether fungi possess logic. Why did it take so long for fungi to be classified, and how ancient are they? How did fungi conquer land? Can fungi be considered non-binary beings? Is there a limit to the expansion of mycelium? Do fungi possess a semblance of intelligence? Is there a war going on between fungi? What is unique about fungal symbiosis? How can chaga and cordyceps help humans? And how will fungi change our world?

The project was created by journalist Sofiko Shevardnadze and producer Alexey Bokov
