I think that new interior piece is a work of art.

Looks like the Golf caddy got dismantelt pritty good inside..✌️😉

thats pretty good margine...  8k for around 50-60 hours of work... thats nice.

For draining the engine oil you have a volvo drain pipe. If you type it on the internet you can find it, they are pretty cheap and super convenient for not making a mess. They work with engine and hydraulic oil. Advice from a Volvo technician

Really dangerous watching your videos…
It looks so easy when youre doin it, so i think i would be able to do something like you by myself 😂😂😂

:hand-pink-waving: Cześć.
Gratuluję nowemu nabywcy tak wspaniale odbudowanej maszyny.
- A sobie, jak i wszystkim innym widzom życzę tak sumiennego mechanika, jakim Ty jesteś!  :trophy-yellow-smiling::trophy-yellow-smiling::trophy-yellow-smiling:

Nice repair of the ever present and often obsolete / unobtainable "plastics" - you can get "high build" plastic paint in various colours  which might allow a close match to the previous likely PEEK material on the undamaged bit ... Best of luck - good ingenuity.

Wow looking at the melted board and all that wiring I d never think it could be repaired so completely.

Nicely done, the inside looks so different to when you first had 😂😂 . Seriously, you've done a splendid job, one which many people would not have attempted. Thank you for posting, keep safe and well 👍

Takk, du lager bra videoer, - spesielt for oss som liker å reparere selv istedenfor bare kjøpe nytt 🙂👍

You did a fantastic job!

nicely done, always great to see machinery which has been revived back to work. looks like you are getting plenty of machines around. anyone else hearing "hissing" in the backround of the video sound?

Watching from Australia. Enjoyed watching you repair the unit. Cheers.

Talihsiz yangın için üzüldüm kardeşim. Ancak başarılı çalışman o kötü kazayı yok etti. Çok güzel çalışmalar yapıyorsun. Bravo kardeşim...

Just found your channel, I guess it popped up because I was watching the other guy from up there who also built a garage and has a ton of equipment. You guy are definitely dedicated to your work. I am going to have to learn to speak Swedish!

Greetings from Wales (UK). Only admiration for your dedication and hard work to bring this ruin back to life. Well done

Honestly…I think your fix looks great!  Cheap and easy

You’re a very clever young man I really enjoy your channel the green tractor is a beast this volvo is  like new what’s next 😮

Love the longer videos

Congrat!  It’s a THING now👍💐💐.  Deutz FL4 1011.  The timing belt has to be replaced every 2000 hr.  I have the same engine on my Ahlmann (Mecalac) or «Gahlmann’s Megaslakk» as i call it.  I replaced the belt when i overhauled the engine.  I just took the belt right off and put a new one on the exact place.  New tensioner too.  The reason for the overhaul was because it has been flooded with water for many years.  Had to use a sledgehammer to get the pistons out.  I got all engine parts from Autodoc and Eurodel.  It looks like your Volvo has excatly the same driveline as my Ahlmann (Netherland).  Those hydrostatic (ink) pumps are VERY expencive…i think they are made in space, or at least on the Moon.  I don’t have the funnel for draining the motor (and hydraulic) oil either.
