[Training & Award System]
Upon joining the company, in-person training is conducted at headquarters, followed by on-the-job training (OJT), company-wide meetings, team meetings, and 1-on-1 training. In addition to in-house training, we also provide support for obtaining qualifications to acquire knowledge and experience. At the Naresome Awards, MVP and Rookie of the Year awards are presented at the graduation party twice a year.
