This magical place is great for a visit, a popular wedding destination, attracts a lot of snow birds, and many choose to make this a retirement home. I point out restaurants and shopping places and give you a candid opinion if I have been to that establishment. Episode 7 is a tour of the La Parroquia I & II neighborhood, approximately two miles south of Centro. This is one of the most affordable neighborhoods in San Miguel.

As someone who has sold real estate in Mexico I think it's imperative that you actually show the interiors if you are going to talk about real estate or rentals and not just still photos

Re you’re pride of ownership comment- If you were working as hard as some of those people are just trying to make ends meet… maybe yard work would be a lower priority for you as well.

I gotta say, these give off creepy third-world, gated compound vibes. I was expecting traditional suburban neighborhood look, not abandoned warehouse district rehab aesthetic. Not at all what I expected. The new builds are quite unattractive on the outside. Thanks for showing the real deals available. I am definitely not interested in SMA anymore, except to visit on a weekend.

Serious? Not worth it. Mexico's real state market is a llamarada de petate. I rather invest in a nice place in other places in Europe. Bulgaria or Greece.
