Hello Lucy! My name is Bryar Boldman, I am 17 years old. I can’t tell you how much of a role model you are in my life. You never give up, and never given. You are such an amazing woman! I am currently training for the half Iron Man in Idaho in June 2026. Your videos inspire me so much! You mentioned it in your video to comment which race we think you should do next year, I personally think you could smash the T 100! You are incredible Lucy.

Lucy, I watched both the Kona and Marbella races live. I had tears watching both, I felt your heartbreak in one and then your triumph in the other. Indeed, you’ve made a huge impact on female triathletes. Get up, and train like Lucy.

First of all, incredible shout out to Holly. This video slaps.

I think I felt the world go silent at that point in Kona, followed by worry and concern. To see you (and Taylor) recoup and race in Marbella so well was amazing. Also, amazing editing of this video, to be able to relive the moments was incredible. Props to your whole team.

Hello Lucy, My Name is Ella Staples from New Zealand. I am 11 years old and was in Marbella to see you win! You are my absolute favorite triathlete and I watch all your posts! I think you should do the T100 series next year. Good luck for your racing in 2026!

I tell you, I've been waiting for this video do drop! Watched it while breaking in my new-to-me trainer, biked far longer than I intended because watching you was so motivating. What an inspiration - thank you Lucy, for helping this 50-year-old train for her first Ironman! 🙌🏼

After 25 years in this sport a peak triathlon moment for me was to cheer for you in person on the Marbella course. When I was out on the bike still asking the volunteers who won the pro women’s race, I was ecstatic to hear you won. Fun to see a clip of the footage I shared of your speech at the Awards ceremony in this video. Always cheering for you Team Charles Barclay!

As someone who's coached and train with his wife for 20+ years in different sports, the duality of the "hug" posted everywhere hit home. I could feel that support in my soul. Congrats to you on the incredible fortitude!

Thank you for being vulnerable, sharing not just the best bits of your career, but the emotional and devastating moments too. To see how hard you work, the strength of your mindset is astounding.
Thank you for raising awareness of the health issues that can happen mid race and the sensible approach to take, no matter the dream. Health comes first.
This is a beautiful video, captured and edited with professionalism- well done Holly!

One of the most humanitarian moments in the sport. Seeing how competitive you both are, and hungry for success, having done all the work, elevates the decision even more in terms of compassion and care. In awe of you both.

Amazing film. Watched with tears rolling down my face, from heartbreak to redemption. An inspiration of strength and unconditional love. Kona 2026 you’ve got this ❤

Congrats Lucy. You made my 40th birthday (Nov 8) EXTRA special and I ate an extra slice of cake in your celebration. I would love to see you in PRO Series next season. ❤❤❤❤❤ from Toronto, Canada.

Watching Lucy and Reece throughout the season has been something that keeps me going in my training and drive to get better each day. The setback and the comeback had me in my feels. You two are the epitome of power athletes couple. Love these videos and congratulations on the 70.3 World Championship win! Race T100 and the Pro series!!

Lucy's achievements over the years are to be so admired, but in my opinion, the way she handles adversity and comes back stronger, is the real inspiration of human spirit. When you get knocked down, get back up. Well done to you, and all your team!

I cried watching Kona live with her. I am a huge fan of Lucy, she's such an inspiration to me... and then watching Marbella and see that all of her effort had paid off. I was so happy for her. Go Lucy <3

Hey.

I've Just started my Triathlon journey at the age of 47 and I'm totally hooked. I've competed in SupBikeRun twice, Pendle, Salford and West Lancs as well as a few 10k runs. Watching you're videos is a total inspiration and helps motivate me to push myself harder than I thought was possible. I'll be taking part in my very first Ironman 70.3 in Bolton next year and it would be amazing to see you on the start line too.
Thanks for bringing us along for the ride :)

The juxtaposition of the story being told in the last 5 min with the image at 36:38 (Lucy on the rower with a roller skate on injured leg!) is iconic!!! Definitely hope to see you all n the pro circuit next season!
