This is so helpful! I was just slipping the first stitch and my edges were coming out very sloppy. I'll try doing it your way.

I am trying double knitting for the first time, and having a lot of trouble with the edges. Between the two slipped stitches at the edges, the opposite colour is showing through, in chunks. I don't know why this is happening or how to avoid it!
Also, how do I know which is my main colour? And why are the two edges different depending on which colour is being used? I saw a different video that does it the same way on both edges. I like your way better but I want to understand why it's different! Thank you to anyone who can help. ❤
