Good lord! Those single family homes might as well be town homes. There are so weirdly close

I get the martial arts studio, given the central location and foot traffic…but reviving it as a movie theater or even a community theater to have small productions would’ve been great

Having a movie theater within walking range would’ve been absolutely amazing for residents

As a young couple, we almost died of boredom here once we got Disney out of our system (trust me, it happens), but I still really love this town. I'm sure for a family out there it would be perfect.

Great Video!!! Resident of IV - Few quick notes: We pay CROA and we pay HOA (as we’re in a town house). Originally we were looking to move downtown and we are GLAD we didn’t!!! The parking in general is horrible and traffic near the Holidays is crazy!!! Halloween has thousands of people crashing the area. If you’re not home from work by 5:00pm forget about it. One house in DT had over 5000 trick or treaters!!! 😮 Some more! At 8:30pm it took residents 45 minutes to get from World Drive/Celebration Blvd to downtown. Many are selling their homes in DT and buying in IV!!

Celebration really should have brought back the movie theater as.....A MOVIE THEATER! I know several individuals personally that are experienced with older/smaller theaters and would have loved to be involved in such a project. Our world is about to change so drastically (IYKYK) that I believe public spaces like theaters, restaurants, and yes...even malls, are going to see a huge resurgence. It is a real shame that Celebration, under I assume Lexin Capital (?), allowed this space to be converted into multi-use, as the likelihood of ever creating another theater in the downtown area is now likely very small.

Much rather have it as an operating theater, or live theater

Abolish all HOA's

One thing I was so confused about is that the only way to get to the new part is that one long road…to get to the newest new section is truly SO far.

We moved out of island village because of how far you are from Downtown. Living near Downtown really is important

Only one way in/out to island village, so hit it while high school dismissal and your stuck for a while.
Also, I think a Foxtail coffee is coming to Celebration

I wonder if there will ever be anymore connectivity to old Celebration, like the wooden bridges. I wish they built more retail space too

Enjoyed the video, ken!

When I watch the show Paradise, it looks very much like Celebration to me, even though I know it was filmed primarily in Bridgeport Valencia, California

Whatever the old theater becomes, it needs to be sustainable. That is a major issue. Movie or live theater is not viable.
