È una cosa che capita spesso in questo tipo di preparazioni e, assaggiandola, mi era sembrato fosse uno di quegli impasti. In realtà ho dato per scontata una cosa che non avevo verificato e mi sono espresso male.
Valeria di Aura mi ha spiegato che per le pizzette viene invece preparato appositamente un impasto sfogliato dedicato, quindi ci tenevo a correggere quanto detto nel video.
