Ahhh hi I'm Sophie who runs Fidge, thanks so much for loveliest review! I'm so happy you're enjoying the skin picking rings 🥹

I pick my cuticles until they're bleeding. I totally get it.

No better way to wait on news from my husbands promotion interview!

I chew my fingers too and I found that wearing silicone rings on my thumbs helps a TINY bit, because i at least start by chewing on my skin and correct myself by chewing on the ring 😂 slightly less damage that way

I’d love to see you film an updated skincare routine with your fave go-to products, your skin looks amazing!

I feel like it’s a good thing that TikTok shop isn’t available in Canada because I would buy too many things 😂

Those rings are pretty cool. I am also a fidgety person. I have a weird ocd fidgety thing which is picking the feathers out of feather pillows. I’ve done it since I was a child I’ve been told that it’s a self-soothing/coping mechanism. I will rub the feather tips between my fingers until they literally bleed but it gives me so much relief. It’s a weird thing, our brains.

I never knew there was a name for skin picking/biting as I do the exact same thing. Thank you for being open about this 🥰

I'm a skin picker as well, I was exactly the same I picked my skin and nails until I discovered nail art now it's just my skin around my nails. What helped me was "saving" one finger at a time so I just picked nine fingers, then eight, then seven etc, now I'm just down to one thumb I don't think i will ever completely stop but after being a picker for 30 years I'm ok with that.

It's a small thing, but I really appreciated that you said 'a kid that went through their parent's' make-up' instead of 'their mom's make-up' :)

Is your give away UK only? I thought of you yesterday while doing my makeup! Would you do a wet n wild review? The Dewy foundation is still one of my all time favorites after all of these years even over some high end! They have some great products now. Much love as always ❤

Sitting here putting Band-Aid on my thumb because I picked it sitting in traffic today until it bled on both sides hoping you were gonna say those rings were amazing and fixed the problem.

Also, when I was a kid, I had to wear this retainer thing that made it where I couldn't fit my thumb in my mouth. Maybe try something like that? I got it from the dentist.

"Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, and everyone in between" is the finest greeting on the day when I am visiting my long distance polycule partners and all three of us are nonbinary, they can see now why you're my favourite content creator <3 Hello from London, I am excited to be here :))

@AngelaDawn623 1 hour ago

I have chewed the inside of my cheeks since I was a little kid. It's an anxiety/stress thing where sometimes I don't even realize I'm doing it. Let's just say the dentist isn't thrilled. 😆
