They separate the egg from the yolk, steam the egg, press the mickey shape in to the egg, then fill the shape with yolk, and then a final steam

That was fun. I've been to Disneyland, in California, many times since I was a child. You're right about the prices. Over here, the prices are double what you pay; maybe even 3 times.

They probably separate yolks and whites, then they have half-egg shaped molds with a mickey dent on the flat part. They mass fill the molds with egg whites, cook them, remove the molds and add the yolks into the mickey-dent, then cook the whole thing a bit more for the yolk to set. I don't know this for sure, but that's how I'd do it.

細部にはいつも可愛さがあふれています。たとえば、ミッキーの顔にそっとはちみつをかけたり、少しずつミッキーの耳を食べたりするところとか。

ミッキーの形をした卵は、別々の工程で作られているのだと思います。まず黄身をミッキーの形に冷凍し、それを型に入れて白身を加え、加熱するのでしょう。

i havent been to Disneyland since about 1989, its way too expensive and big for my tastes now but i still have alot of good memories of my many trips during the late 70s and 80s (mostly about rides that no longer exist now though) so your visit was fun

That waffle reminds me of a ...funnel cakes we get at festivals. It's a waffle like dough they put threw a funnel into hot oil..and swirl it around and around till it forms a big round fluffly,crunchy cake. With powdered sugar on top. Soooo good!

yeah tokyo disneyland is so much cheaper than disney world in Orlando. off season tickets start at $119 USD (about 17,800 yen) and can go up to $164 USD (about 24,500 yen). and this is all depending on which park you choose as well, so it could be even more expensive

I once went to Disneyland in Paris... but that was a long time ago 😞 ... would love to do it again ... miss it... but it was definitely very expensive ... much more expensive 🫣 ... why always Mickey ? 😂 .. i'm a Fan of Donald ❤ .... when i think of Disneyland ... i ALWAYS hear the song from "The small World" ... That makes my eyes glaze over 🥹 .. Thanks for the video 💖 .. Memories

Most of the food items do seem cheaper than the parks in the USA from videos I've watched. Seems like a cute and fun place! Does it ever get annoying having to get your fingers sticky for these videos? I would not be able to do it XD awesome video DigDig!
