「賃貸or戸建て」「地方or都心」「子持ちor独身」「情緒性or合理性」「経済性or文化性」
他にも防犯、インフラ継続性、修繕積立未納リスク、沢山の要素が絡み合って採点性で答えが出ない。
1部の真の富裕層は全部取りしたところに住めるかもしれないけど、ほとんどの人は何かを妥協するしかなく、それは人に決めてもらうのではなく自分で決めなければならない。
