🔥 Credit to our Brand Ambassador, Al Frugoni (@alfrugoni), for creating this outstanding video.
We're proud to share his work with our community because few people explain the Argentine grilling tradition better than he does.
In this video, Al walks you through what makes an authentic Argentine grill unique—from the side firebox that creates the embers, to the Santa Maria adjustable grate that gives you complete control over your cook.
Cooking with wood and charcoal isn't about rushing the process.
It's about building the fire, managing the embers, controlling the heat, and enjoying every moment around it.
That's the spirit behind every Tagwood grill.
If you've ever wanted to understand what an authentic Argentine Asado is all about, this is the perfect place to start.
A huge thank you to Al Frugoni for allowing us to share his passion and knowledge with the Tagwood community.

I am talking about a full fire management video. I have never seen one done. I watched all your videos and others. No one ever shows it on YouTube.
They just explain it, but don’t show it
Meaning, do they keep putting the embers over a lot of ash or do they remove the ash and keep putting embers over the ash I use red oak and every video shows the beginning of a cook, but never the end of the cook on fire management. Haven’t found one video yet and I watch hours and hours of it.
