I wanted to apologize for the mistake in the pirate's hand, I've made more than 400 commissions and I've never made a mistake like this, the reference was correct, but there was only a crease in the shape of his closed hand and when it was time to zoom in on the scketch, I ended up instinctively closing it on a new finger and I didn't notice, it was already there in the finished scketch, and neither I or Afterglow noticed, It took me 12 hours on this drawing this is just a piece of the composition, that goes down to the girl's thighs, i took a lot of time in her hair and clothes, and the pirate's hand was the last thing I did, I never used or support AI, and I'll pay more attention.

Some of you may have noticed the six fingers on the left hand and thought it was a mistake.
But no. This is clearly the son of the six fingered man. He has captained a ship as a pirate in order to find the man who killed his father, the dread pirate Roberts. Apparently sixers father killed Roberts father, but that doesn't make sense. The dread pirate Roberts has been active for 40 years now. He must be old enough to be sixers grandfather!

I resent this characterisation of pirates. In the absence of institutional backing, the captain would have no protection from mutiny. Thus, most pirate crews ended up being more democratic, or at least diplomatic than any national chain of command.
