PALMER ENGLAND DRAMA! CHELSEA CLOSE IN ON KUSANOV
Chelsea transfer news is heating up with Kusanov becoming an increasingly realistic January target, while Chelsea are also considering a move for RB Leipzig defender Castello Lukeba.

But before the transfer news, there is major controversy surrounding Cole Palmer and England. Palmer withdrew from Thomas Tuchel’s latest England squad after being recalled following his omission from the 2026 World Cup squad. His withdrawal has attracted criticism from some England pundits and supporters, while Tuchel has publicly described his repeated absences as a missed opportunity.

In this video, we break down the Cole Palmer England controversy, why the Kusanov-to-Chelsea move is becoming more realistic, and why Chelsea are looking at Castello Lukeba from RB Leipzig as another potential defensive option.

Could Chelsea make a move for Kusanov in January? Is Lukeba another name being seriously considered? And what does the Palmer situation mean for Chelsea and England?
