Irrfan Khan was a bigger star than Chunky Pandey, but Chunky Pandey and his daughter Ananya Pandey did groupism which makes Bollywood favour Ananya more than Babil. Irrfan Khan never did any groupism and even his son Babil Khan never became part of any groups or even get close to Khan gang and that's why Bollywood is sidelining a talented actor in Babil Khan. Even Vardhan Puri who is a talented actor and grandson of Amrish Puri was sidelined by Bollywood

Same goes with caste discrimination, gender bias, racial discrimination
