Saijan bagee is the best.you have to  chop the bagee then wash it and then cook it .Most people  use oil  coconut milk.salt agee  alot of garlic and pepper to make it tasty and if possible green seasoning.  I heard your father said about  Whim market it close  down years ago  I live the next village  Auchlyne.
