Before, whenever I passed through Ruifang, I always thought of it as just a stopover on the way to Jiufen and Jinguashi, never really paying attention to what good food this small town had! But this time, after a serious trip, I discovered that Ruifang is a hidden culinary treasure trove! And besides the food, the name Ruifang also holds an interesting story about the early development of trading companies and mining.

This time, we started with the Qiaotou Egg Pancake. It was the first time I'd seen an egg pancake filled with glutinous rice sausage and tempura! The freshly fried cabbage pie was also incredibly delicious! Next, we went to the First Market to try Chen Ji's oily rice and squid soup, then the freshly fried twins, and the scallion pancakes with eggs and bite-sized pastries near Ruifang Station – every stall surprised us!

The highlight, of course, was the Ruifang Food Plaza! Jiajia's oily rice, Uncle Hongcha's rich milk tea and plum black tea, Uncle Hot Oil Mochi, Fengwei Meat Soup, traditional sweet potato cakes, and the absolutely unmissable Ah-Xia's Dragon and Phoenix Legs! These seemingly ordinary, everyday foods each have their own unique charm, making them increasingly delicious with every bite!

We originally only planned to try a few dishes, but we ended up not wanting to leave! Even more surprisingly, before this video was even uploaded, we'd already come back three times!
