Sorry I didn't watch the whole thing, but in case you didn't shout it out, this is from a book called 'A Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows' by John Kennig. It used to be a youtube channel before he decided to compile all these terms into a book.

There's a feeling I get when I hear certain songs, smell certain smells and specific lighting that gives me such a calming vibe, like nostalgia but it feels more intense

You know that feeling where it’s like you’re minding your business and then you suddenly realize that you’re existing, everything is real and you’re real too. Like you’re hyper aware of everything thats surrounding you

4:07 I LOVE rain. Tbh when it rains, I wish I could just sit outside, in the grass, by myself, feeling the water hit you like sitting in a cold shower as a child. The smells, the feeling, the sounds, the peace.
