I’ve watched this video multiple times, and it was only after the encouragement of 2 lifeguards that I did my first 1.5 just yesterday!

Has there ever been such a charming, enthusiastic, and positive teacher? Sam…you’re going to be a mentor for many young people.

Dear Sam, I don't know you personally, but your videos, whether short or long, have brought me a lot of joy over the course of the year and have reawakened my old interest in the sport of diving.
I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your dedication to this fantastic sport, your highly likeable, warm and cheerful nature and your lived calling.
Therefore, I wish you and your family a magical Christmas. May your wishes come true.
With kind regards from Germany
Yours
Gregor

Hello. I am a person who dives as a hobby in South Korea. I follow you on Instagram and enjoy watching your feed. Also, I enjoyed watching the 103 lecture video on YouTube. It will be very helpful for diving. I would like to learn 203b when you have time. Thank you.

What's the progression for learning reverse dives? Not that diving isn't scary enough, but the thought of whacking your skull against the board/platform has got to be terrifying.

Great video from a fantastic diver. Love seeing him in speedos and love his Australian accent.
