Today was a complete Turkish day! 🇹🇷❤️ It started with my mother-in-law inviting me out for a traditional Turkish pide (pide) – a dish I'll show you for the first time, and how it's prepared in the traditional way in Central Anatolia. I also took a quick tour of the supermarket and checked out the prices in Turkey.
Then the day turned into a surprise with a taste of traditional Turkish cuisine, including how Turkish women make stuffed grape leaves (lavah) and other things you'll be seeing for the first time.
And of course, the day couldn't pass without me making Turkish Gözleme with you all. I saw Turkish women making it the traditional way, so I decided to make it myself.
