Iβm becoming a rarity among Finns because I donβt buy ready meals or industrially produced junk. Personally, I enjoy cooking real, natural foods at home, but I donβt see that in my circle of acquaintances. There is never a person of normal weight in the checkout line ahead of or behind me. They are all flabby or, at the very least, overweight. Itβs a sad sight.
My own diet is carnivore, and it keeps me healthy and in good shape.
