Also as it didn’t seem that you mentioned clearly the higher your unbridled strength level the more combos are added to Tifas regular attacks.

for me Tifa is the most fun character to play. I don't think she'll ever be leaving my party throughout the game. :D
thank you for this concise overview of her combat!

I had no idea Tifa was this good at aerial combat 😝 thanks!

Focused Strike got nerfed as it no longer refunds ATB on hit unless you evade an enemy attack with it. Pretty huge nerf considering the crazy things you could do with it in the last game

Thx for these guides, incredibly helpful tbh 😆

Tifa❤. I hope true strike makes a return, really helped with raising the stagger percentage in the previous game.

These combat videos are helping me. Thank you!

They should just make a solo Tifa game. Shes the most famous FF character anyway.

Excellent guide! I hope you do Red XIII combat guide also.

I'm happy you made this guides. Makes me really want to go into the training room and train.

Stumbled into your channel by accident. Looking forward to Rebirth! Are you making a Aerith video as well?

@danjadams1991 2 years ago

These are great videos, will you be doing these for each playable character?

@channelgoingthroughdevelop 2 years ago

I never actually really learned how to use tifa, it was always cloud and aerith for me. So this will be incredibly useful for when I start playing rebirth.

I’m excited to see an Aerith combo. Feels like every player prefer any other character but her lol
I love Aerith and being a mage in every game.

Thanks for the videos, I didn't really understand the initial in game tutorial so I was mostly mashing square until the gauge filled up and then casting spells/abilities because I didn't really understand the combat system. It's frustrating when the game has a quick tool tip for a guide and you're like, what do you want me to do? How about have me practice doing it several times first or something so I understand other than just square is an attack and triangle does a thing.

I feel like i remember in remake Dive kick could be performed in the air, but in rebirth, if youre in the air and cast divekick, she goes down to the ground first, which means you cant use on flying enemies, ehich sucks because its such a strong attack.

I remember in the demo when in the air, you moved from one side of the field to the other really fast, was that by locking on and using ATB moves of was that something separate?

@rabbidguarddog 2 years ago

I have a question, is Avalanche 2 step a synergy ability between barret and tifa?

@BigBoss-1964 2 years ago (edited)

not sure about anyone else but that junon boss was annoying ass hell water bubble and grabbing you every 10 secs was fuel raging

also guess im got to learn to fight in rebirth in remake i mainly button mashed to kill stuff with odd magic
