Helin, never ever think we will leave you, we love you and every weekend you weren't uploading I was rewatching all your older videos.  Love you Helin ❤ Also your getting prettier each day

Noo girl you don’t talk too much, WE LOVEEEE THIS❤❤

Sharing your harsh days and opening up isn’t for everybody, especially people on social media who always want to seem perfect, like they got it all figured out. I’ll never ever get bored of you talking “too much”, we’re really happy to have our girl back😌😭❤️

Helin I have been watching you for a while now and the amount of positive energy I get from you is amazing! As a person who has suffered from anxiety and severe panic attacks I understand you, I was also very close to meds because at some point I was just shaking day and night and stopped eating. But let me tell you: Your mind really has ALL THE POWER. Strengthen your faith with God, think about beautiful things and surround yourself with positivity. Think to yourself “I have this one beautiful life and I decide how I live it, and I decide to NOT live it in anxiety, I live in faith and joy”. I wish you the best❤️

You’re not alone in this 😩😩I also had really bad anxiety and derealization last year, to the point where I couldn’t breathe properly. It felt so weird, but what you’re saying is so truetime really does heal. Having friends and family around helps so much too 🥰 and weirdly enough, whenever I felt anxious, I would often watch your old videos, and sometimes they actually helped me 🩷

Don’t call your self growth boring, it’s not. Those are the times that help you grown more and more and build you!

I hardly ever comment although I love your account and you as a person but this video compelled me to. I am so shocked what you was explaining about you watching your life as a third person is exactly what I experienced for 4 months this year😭. I lost myself completely. I felt numb I felt suicidal most of the time. It was the worst ever. I felt like I couldn’t help myself and just was struggling to live. I just felt like a robot as if all my interests fun all disappeared. I was searching for therapists etc which I thought I’d never do (I still haven’t done) but slowly in July I started being myself again, nothing changed but I did not feel disconnected with myself my purpose or my life anymore and I just pray Allah doesn’t give mental health problems to anyone it’s so draining to say the least but I’m glad we are both out of it. Thank you for sharing and I know we feel stronger coming out of it but I do pray we never find ourselves in that sort of situation because it was hell. I pray Allah protects us and does not test us with mental health struggles. Ameen❤️

Thank you for being real, open and honest. It takes courage to do that. You are incredible. And like you said this is only a season in your life. Its only upwards and onwards from here! 💕

hope you’re feeling better!! I was struggling really bad with anxiety/stress/burn out earlier this year and was about to get on the meds too. I’m in therapy now and it’s kind of helping. i’m trying my best to change my mindset as well since I can be a bit of a pessimist. I’ve learned the biggest thing is just going through the waves and having your support system :)

Totally relate I suffer with really bad mental health issues anxiety 😥 is one bless you ❤❤❤

That’s very creepy! I was thinking about as haven’t seen a vlog in a while and was gonna check your Instagram since I don’t have social media. Glad to see you again!

It sounds like dissociation when you feel like your life isn't real, stems from anxiety. It's so common Helin and CBT can be really helpful before considering meds. Life changer, hope you find your answer and your peace its so nice seeing you on our screens again and honestly just post whenever you would like and feel like it it's your channel its your social media do what makes you happy and we always gonna be here to support!

This is so inspiring and has influenced me to accept things as they are. Thank you. And u should be proud of yourself 😊

Helin you have created an amazing community and we are here for you! Little by little you will feel like yourself 💗 Praying and journaling was something that helped me.

So happy you feel better 🥹🤍🙏 greetings from Germany ✨

Love that you are back!! I clicked soo fast on your video. Super happy that you are back❤❤

You’ve been missed girl❤❤❤

The only vlogs i actually watchhhh

I am so so happy you are back! I loved the chit chat and you motivate me to get back in to my routine. I have the same goals as you, building muscle! Please keep up the vlogs and take us with you in the gym

I went through something similar when my father passed away, and I know how difficult it can be. I recommend reading the Quran, as it can bring healing and comfort to the soul. Try your best not to let overthinking take over. May Allah strengthen your heart and grant you patience and peace.❤ we love u don’t give up
