I went to Salon du Chocolat, the world's largest chocolate festival! It's also held in Japan, but there were many people who came to attend. I enjoyed the various themes, designs, flavors and aromas, and felt like I received a completely different message from each chocolatier! I was very satisfied with the amount of chocolate I ate☺️

パージュの料理長をしています半田です。
あと一週間でショコラのお店、アトリエパージュがリニューアルオープンになります。もちろん京都のお店でもパリの味がお召し上がり出来ます。

ちなみにそのショコラティエさんの一番好きなチョコは紗々だって教えてくれました。
確かに本場の様子を見たら、納得。
日本の会場はかなり熱気ムンムン、、、
是非、本場に行ってみたい！

オススメに出てたからふらっと見たんですけど、話し方も落ち着いていて欠点が見当たらないのに嫌味が全く無くてすごいなー

我が家はバレンタインの催事で1年分のショコラを買い占めてますが、パリのはカラフルだったりポップなショコラも多くてみんなで楽しめそうですね😊
