🫕 [Carrot Steak with Kimchi Sauce]

📌 Ingredients
Carrots, Kimchi, Doubanjiang, Honey, Chickpeas, Cilantro, Salt, Pepper

📖 Instructions

1. Peel the carrots and cut them lengthwise in half.

2. Place the carrots in a pot, pour in enough water to slightly submerge them, and bring to a boil.

3. Once the water starts boiling, reduce the heat and cook until tender for about 15 minutes.

4. Put the kimchi, Doubanjiang, and honey into a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a pot and bring to a boil once to complete the sauce.

5. Grease a pan, place the cooked carrots on it, and grill until the surface is golden brown.

6. When the carrots are almost fully cooked, add the chickpeas, season with salt and pepper, and grill them together once more.

7. Spread the kimchi sauce evenly on a plate, top with the grilled carrots and chickpeas, and garnish with cilantro to finish.
