Toast saying to the Amogus "keep being sus" then the guy saying "you're being sus too" actually made me spit out my drink

the dap up in the background at 3:57 is immaculate

High bushes are very common on busy roads in Vancouver due to the sound pollution that come from streets like Granville St. (Granville & 16th intersection you showed) and Burrard St. The high bushes act as a privacy screen but an even better sound dampener!

13:46 those cream puffs were from me and my brother!! glad you guys enjoyed them (at least the matcha one LOL) it was lovely meeting you guys 🥹❤

The disguise is on level of James and Jessie from Pokémon 😂

welcome back to vancouver! i hope you enjoyed your time there as it’s peak summer weather for us! us canadians love giving the best hospitality, and we hope to have you visit again sometime!

so refreshing to see a vlog that was filmed in my hometown! 😊 glad to see y’all had a great time!!

yvonne i LOVE your vlogs so much!! theyre just so timeless- like actual authentic memories that you can look back on in ur future

It was so lovely to meet you guys when you initially visited paragon!! I hope you had a great time in van 😭💖💖

10:30 I feel one reason is definitely privacy/sound (and when I lived there it was nice), but another reason is that hedges and other greenery just grow really easily in Vancouver. The rain allows for green spaces. I honestly wish parts of Vancouver leaned even more into it.

"tall bushes" well yeah, towns are supposed to because the lack of plants causes heat to rise more due to the concrete.. That and it offers shade, privacy to homes and offices, and creates homes to vital insects. Without insects we all die.

The tall bushes are for privacy and reduce road noise coming to their houses.

1:17 hard to be incognito when Toast is giving you guys away at every turn 🥸
4:25 that billboard ad was so good - super funny! hope we get to see a glimpse of it in a future vlog
13:05 my mom used to yell at me for this (風濕) too, especially going to bed with wet hair. something to do with being damp/cool affecting my health 🤷‍♂

can't wait for part 2!

i really want to visit vancouver! thanks for showing us around!

living here i always forget people come for fun but it’s super cool that you guys r having fun here :)

Love how toast is one of the only people to say yvonnes name like " yuh-von" its so cute 😭🙏🏼

The tall bushes are also meant as "sound barriers" to the traffic

12:00 Some OTV lore. Aberdeen was also the first stop when Lily got invited to her very expensive piano tour of Vancouver.

Toast in the podcast clip looks like he’s dressed up as a saja boy🙈 please tell me someone sees it too lolll

Between this and the podcast, I'm vibing a lot with the content you've got going on! Can't wait to see more :)
