You know it’s funny. The world of Warhammer 40 K has some of the most fascinating lore and stuff that I have seen over the years. And it is such an in-depth amount that even now after being part of the fandom for probably the better part of 20 years at this point, you know I still am learning new things. Not to mention you know they keep kind of tweaking things around at certain points, but you know I digress.

However, despite all of the fascinating technology and lore and everything I can tell you that probably nobody especially in our world whatever ever want to actually live let alone even visit the reality that is the 41st millennium

The lasgun packs are rechargeable and also have 100 to 200 shots on standard charge some difference in lore make it difficult to be certain but as long as you have electricity or even a camp fire you can recharge the lasgun power packs

This is where you would want a fully armored Astartes squad wearing insulated suits capable of maintaining their own atmosphere with their enhanced human physiology on the ground who can cut these things down like wheat without wasting ammo, but of course the guard would get this shit job with no reinforcement or specialized troops from the start

Plague zombies/pox walkers are generally not a massive threat alone... but where there is one there is pribably millions, if not billions more. And they tend to multiply.
