What if perfection isn't something we arrive at, but something we learn to feel?
Today I'm exploring Gene Key 18.6 — the movement from Judgment to Integrity, and ultimately to Perfection.
There is something fascinating about the 6th line of this Gene Key. From a higher vantage point, we can see the patterns. We can see what isn't working. We can see where something has gone off course.
But what happens when seeing clearly doesn't immediately become fixing?
What if integrity begins with simply being willing to see?
Today I'm contemplating the difference between judgment and discernment, between correcting what we see and allowing what we see to teach us. Because perhaps integrity isn't about fixing everything that is imperfect.
Perhaps it's about knowing what is actually ours to do.
And underneath all of this is a question I've been carrying through these Gene Key contemplations:
*Can we see what is imperfect without needing to make it wrong?*
The Current is my daily living practice in trusting what is moving through us. Through fascia, movement, contemplation, the Gene Keys, and lived experience, I'm exploring how we can rebuild trust with the body, listen for what is already true, and find the safety to express who we really are.
Thanks for being here.
With love, Sara
