호주산소곱창에도 고소한 곱이 가득하면서 쫄깃한 식감이 살아있는 게 굿!
호주산소곱창, 한우소곱창 한팩씩 구웠고 인터넷에서 곱창 주문하면 보통 초벌 전 무게로 표기되어있는데 델킷 곱창은 초벌 후 중량으로 판매하니 양도 넉넉해서 좋았어요👍🏻
원래는 호주산 소곱창이 더 부드러운데 이번에는 한우 소곱창이 더 야들부들하게 느껴지더라구용

I grilled the beef tripe crispy, and the fat that pops as soon as I chew it, so the crispy texture on the outside is so good!
It was really delicious that it melted and the savory taste spread😋
The gopchang was soft and chewy and the texture was good👍🏻
Dipping red pepper onion soy sauce and eating green onion kimchi together, it was less greasy and the combination was perfect🙆🏻‍♀️
