Received a last minute message for a compulsory training 2 days away. I thought it was a bad idea to attend due to some toxic people there, on top of that I had worked for them the year before so I was already familiar with the work.
Suddenly the person between us got up and the narcissist leaned towards me to say something negative about what the boss was saying. She kept doing it during the briefing day, a month ago. This time she had other people to talk to, suddenly she talked to me. I already picked up a lot of red flags on the first day so I was super apprehensive in meeting her again.
And because the boss was talking, I didn’t turn and listen to her diss. She got so mad and talked louder and louder but to herself. The women across the table panic and leaned in to listen to her. She bitched about me to them and they started bullying me because of that. So stupid, don’t talk while someone else has the floor, she wanted the attention to herself 🤦🏻♀️
