"How do you feel Mick?"
"I feel nothing."

This child terrifies me ._.

"It's not his fault, don't blame the child."

I'll blame that child, he invented the whole thing

I just watched this whole cabbage saga. I live in Texas. I'm not even supposed to know who James Acaster is, and now I know six entire months of his life. This is what I get for watching taskmaster clips.

"Furious mate, Iv'e been cabbaged again"

@kurt5079 7 years ago

"I know his dad. He is his son" Brilliant :)

I think the modeling clay cabbage sent by James's GF is so romantic and cute. I loved this cabbage wars. There is something so warm and cute and funny obviously about this cabbaging saga.

The great thing is that "getting cabbaged" translates to "verkohlt werden" in german which is the actual word for beeing made fun of.

cabbage is a dish best served cold...

"Mate, I need you to take me somewhere I can buy a lot of cabbages". Easily the scariest thing ever said to a cab driver.

I kind of love that he visibly turns on the Evil for Mick specifically. Like he's just casually recounting his cabedging to his friends and then the moment Mick can hear him he goes "yes, worst enemy, I SHALL HAVE MY REVENGE" and it's adorable

Never thought I'd spend an hour of my life listening to a cabadge saga...and strangely enjoy it.

@cmac8722 5 years ago

"every time somebody laughs at me I suspect they're my enemy, which makes my job very difficult" laughing so much I'm crying. his deadpan delivery is amazing every time. He knows what he's about to say is hilarious, but he delivers it so well and serious

As an American fan of Taskmaster it's so funny to hear random comedians from different series appear in the background of the cabbage story retellings

Mick is a legend. Absolutely savage.

21:46 might be my favorite bit...

"How... DARE you-"
" 'Wassup' ??! Wha... WHAA... I wonder what could be up, Josh"
"WUhT."

🤣 poor James, to be eye of the hurricane of leafy greens

I feel so fortunate to have stumbled upon this gem. I'm at minute 15 thinking okay peace talks, so it's almost over. THERE'S 40 MINUTES TO GO!!!!!!!! what a saga, I need popcorn

@shoyomakesstuff 6 years ago

there are many things i love about this, including that all the pictures during the radio bits are just jpegs of cabbages. that's the funniest fucking thing

Mick really ought not to have been upset at that lack of retaliation.
It was a mark of the brilliance of his prank that James was, obviously, unable to fire back at him straight away.
Deviant creativity isn't a talent that shows up on command; it requires patience and inspiration.
