Such a shame as the top of the Great Orme is stunning on a clear and sunny day and there's a lovely path which is 2 miles long along around the walled off area, it's very popular with dog walkers, there's also a spot opposite the summit where lots of people write there names on the hill with little white stones, also visiting the actual mine is amazing. There are two beaches in Llandudno, the not so great rocky North Shore where you went and the absolutely stunning West Shore with a huge sandy beach, you should come back when the Victorian Extravaganza is on as it's an amazing weekend, and there's a vintage vehicle festival there the same weekend which I love. Also that bit of rock you pointed out at the start is the Little Orme, on the other side of it there's a bay called Angel Bay where Seals like to hang out, some days there's dozens of them there.

Fantastic vlog, thank you! We visited Llandudno about 13 years ago and rode the trains to the summit of the Great Orme. I’m so pleased that it is still as wonderful as back then, and it was cloudy up top as you experienced, but a gorgeous sunshiny day walking along the front and exploring the town. Happy memories. I stayed at Frosty Towers last month, it was lovely, good walk down to the end of the pier.

In 2012, I rode up and down The Great Orme on a police motorbike. I was one of a dozen police motorcyclists escorting the Olympic Torch runners.
The weather was much better then!
Re your comment about 'An American werewolf in London' if ever your travels take you to Builth Wells in mid-Wales, there's a hamlet south of there called Crickadarn.
They filmed a scene there of the 2 men walking off the moors to 'The Slaughtered Lamb' pub.
The pub is actually a house and is recognisable from the film.

Brilliant video! Stayed in a lovely holiday home with the family 3 years ago, the entrance drive was just opposite the Tram station. Quite a climb every day.! Some lovely memories, thank you 😊
