As a sociopolitical refugee after the change of government in Vietnam in 4/1975, I do know the values of Buddhism for Peace through Love, Care, Share, Mutual Understanding Multi-Religions, races worthwhile.
I have happy tears to view many Vietnamese respectful with best regards to welcome the Dalai Lama, Australia.

His Holiness Dalai Lama said most Indian are Hindus and Muslims but in Central India. Buddhism has be revived bu Dr. Ambedkar.
Large number of Buddhists live in Maharashtra.

I have visited this temple. The nuns and monks are lovely. I had no idea the His Holiness had been.

The translator does a good job in translating the Dalai Lama words into Vietnamese but she does not precisely translated his point of views, she just summaries  and leaved out some that I think very critical points that the Dalai Lama spoke especially where he said "as a Buddhist you must understand what is the fundamental about the religion is teaching and the core of the Buddha teaching and not just citing the sutras or prayer in front of the Buddha statue  won't do any good. thus, you must learn and study more the real meaning of what the Buddha really teach " so for the non-English speaking Vietnamese they missed out.
