nice villa! but a bit overprice for the size of house and land

@alexandrealazraki894 5 months ago

At this price you should have more outdoor space with a dining table. The villa is very small for the asking price …

Well presented and a nice villa. But sorry all these properties are to expensive now. Needs to stop. The worlds suffering at the moment

Very beautiful! But a few odd details- 3 shades of grey in kitchen cabinets and counter do not go with that slightly orange wood. Then appliances mixed with black & stainless- all stainless better. Laundry door opens on the wrong side so you have to squeeze past the washer? Ergonomics were not considered there. But...it's very lovely overall...

I LOVE THIS! Would love to see the floor plan.

at that price point (half a million dollars) that deck space around the pool is so impractical. tripping hazards everywhere and almost no flat usable space for more than 1 or 2 chairs...beautiful house for sure and at first sight wow, but they missed the mark on some practical designs features for long term living.

Can foreigners buy this house?

Good, that you mentioned the geographical direction. The windows down to the floor are nice. But are the windows not equipped with a mosquito net?

As long as TH does not clarify the income tax issue for foreign retirees, it will be difficult to sell. Who wants to get the savings which are already taxed again?

Why do so many villa tours start with the side of the house and the A/C units? Important, sure — but it’s such an odd way to open. Show the best bits first, then the practical stuff at the end.

That darn house keeps getting in the way, need to watch many more times

Is the price negotiable?

@thomasmuller9243 8 months ago

Are these houses in a gated and guarded community? And how much is it for the additional costs yearly?

I''ll give you 5 mill for it. That's really what it's worth. For a myriad of reason, resale on Thailand real estate, even in hot markets, has always been poor and its about to get worse. If you haven't noticed, there's a global economic downturn occurring for most people on this planet. And people who do have money, don't pay for losing real estate investments. The time to buy was during the covid pandemic. Likely, we'll see the bottom of the current real estate assets decline cycle (ups-downs) around 2027-2028.
