To anyone curious about finding these worlds themselves. Trust me it's a headache of a laundry list but this is endgame content we're talking about here

Fully complete the Autophage questline, fully craft a staff by obtaining Void Motes from Autophage quests. To finish this quest easier and to get your reputation with them higher, scrap a trashy multitool at the Anomaly for Once Useful Springs and other components Autophages like as gifts

If you haven't done so already. Complete the main story of the game, then travel to as many Atlas Stations as you possibly can to obtain blueprints that eventually culminate into the "Star Seed".

You'll eventually come across something that gives you the quest to unlock Purple class star systems by pulsing through space. When this quest is completed you will unlock the strongest warp drive in the game, the Atlantid Drive. Tip: This upgrade is automatically added to your buildable Freighter tech for free allowing you to call it into any star system. Very good for vehicle exploration

From here on you should have access to gas giants and water worlds. Have fun

This...is legitimately a nightmare scenario for me. High water to no end, tall waves, underwater darkness/near zero visibility, huge nightmarish creatures. :face-turquoise-covering-eyes:😰

Thats a big subnautica like NOPE for me

You need to understand the scale of time dilation. The gravity of Gargantua is so intense, it slows down time. An hour on that planet is seven years on Earth.

The deepest Ocean i have found is 1498U Deep, ocean worlds in NMS remind me of Subnautica. Also i have herd but not found yet, a water world but it is on one of those Giant planets, like a Gas Giant but a water world

One thing I've found with deep sea bases on NMS is that you sometimes can add landing pads, and then summon your spaceship down into the depths to land on them.  When you launch your ship from there, you literally zoom straight up out of the water like a sub-launched missile.  :)

These planets are so rare, 180 hours in the game and haven’t encountered one

Mountains can get huge as well. Highest I've found are roughly 3,400 units on a dissonant green paradise planet with floating islands in a system with no space station.

Yeah there’s all sorts of types of underwater biomes as well. Not to mention you can play this fully in VR 😊

ngl these creatures look super earthlike and standard, there are more alien looking things in our own depths

The first time I saw a giant squid, I Noped out and drove my submarine straight back to the surface so fast I launched it halfway to space when it emerged 🤣

There was a recent discovery about colossal squid in our oceans - there is WAY more of them than we realised, they are super abundant and re-estimates of how many fish exist in the dark pelagic zone were wrong by 10x. The squid are the size of a bus and there is a LOT of them. We never recorded them before because they are scared of the lights on all the expeditions. Go down with infra-red lights and they recorded some for the first time on the very first trip.

If No Man Sky revamp their Planet generation and made each planet had multiple biome and weather system (like Earth) then it's the best space exploration game ever. So far each planet only had one Biome. It would be great if I went to the part of the planet that had little exposure to it's Sun/System Star it should be colder and darker.
