Ahead of Adobe MAX this November, a fresh batch of Lightroom updates just landed for September 2026 across Lightroom Desktop, Lightroom Classic, and Lightroom on phone. In this video, Terry White walks through four notable enhancements designed to save time in everyday workflows.

What’s Covered:
Better Reflection Removal (Lightroom Classic & Desktop): An under-the-hood engine upgrade delivering cleaner, more refined results on existing reflection removal tasks.

Prompt to Edit (Lightroom Desktop - Early Access): Edit photos using photography-focused text prompts (dust and scratch repair, colorization, sky replacement, and more) without jumping into Photoshop. Learn how to chain prompts, save credit usage, review recently used prompts, and export non-destructive 2K or 4K variations.

Photo to Video / Animate (Mobile): Bring still photos to life right on iOS and Android with customizable camera moves, pan speeds, and durations. This feature is also on Lightroom Desktop.

Open Eyes with Reference Photos (Mobile): Fix closed eyes naturally using Lightroom’s facial recognition to source real eye data from other photos of the same person in your library.

The Mobile features should be available to all Premium users.
