My first money mistake cost tens of thousands in college costs alone — and my second could have cost tens of thousands more in tax-free growth.

These are the biggest money mistakes I made on my personal finance journey: $40,000 a year for a fancy private college including student loans, years of not understanding taxes while investing, and losing a $1,200 puppy deposit to a scam in 2020. No guru tips, just what I paid, what I'd do differently, and the guardrails I'm setting for my own kids so they don't make the same mistakes.

I'm Daisy, I work a full-time 9 to 5 corporate job with two little kids, high expenses and lifestyle inflation I'm trying to get in check. Follow along :)
