Before we head to Newfoundland for our moose hunt, Josh and I are going through our gear lists and talking about the equipment we plan to bring into the field. We cover our packs, boots, optics and other essentials, including Initial Ascent packs, Lowa boots, and Vortex Optics, and share why we chose them for this hunt. It’s a look at how we’re getting ready before the trip begins. What’s one piece of gear that you’d never leave behind on a moose hunt? Let us know in the comments
