Yes to Rhett’s loose bowels comment! The most nervous Ive ever been was knowing I had to tell my son he has a brain tumor. I lost ten pounds in two weeks! He took it like a champ, though, and he will probably be ok! Yay!

As someone who caught four years of young Rhett and Link in Greensboro, NC, you were never too much. All the other campus ministries were creepy because they took everything way to seriously, but CRU had Rhett and Link. Actual talent. Made the whole thing less creepy.

I just wanna say that the ending of this Biscuit really really spoke to me. Ive spent the last 6 or so years of my life avoiding anything that makes me anxious or scared but it made a lot of sense when Rhett said you can miss out on a lot of opportunities AND growth by doing that. I’m still 21 so I have a lot of growing to do so I will try and take that advice and hopefully turn some things around for myself ✌️ Thanks for always being open and honest Rhett and Link. You’ve had an inconceivably positive impact on my life as I’ve followed y’all through the years. Stay mythical, everyone!

Birth worker here !!! if you are peeing yourself when pregnant or after pregnancy please please find a pelvic floor therapist!!! While common yes, it’s not normal. And it’s nothing to be ashamed of it’s something that is worth addressing and fixing ❤

I love that even in Links anxiety dream, it’s someone else’s fault 😂

i also have the reoccurring dream of “i forgot i was taking this class”. i try to graduate and they tell me i didn’t show up for one class all semester 🥲

Link saying that he was in ignorance resonates with me. I need to be less informed about certain things in order to deal with living due to my panic and agoraphobia. Rhett saying, "I trust my future self" is really powerful. I'm a Christian so I rely on God for everything. Sometimes I forget that I have to put in the work because it's so painful.

I have this ability as a therapist. Compartmentalization is absolutely a muscle you build, the more you do it the easier it defines. Otherwise I’d just rock in the corner and cry 😂😂

When we were young in the 90s, our nerves helped a lot of us avoid getting into romantic situations that very often resulted in pregnancies.

It happened to a girl who broke up with me in high school and Lord did I thank my lucky stars that I got out of that relationship when I did.

The most nervous I've ever been, was hands down, the night my water broke. She was my first and I was very scared. I was, however, able to watch GMM as we were in L&D. Most definitely the most nerve racking 16 hours of my life.

Yeah, making people cry is generally not a good feeling ... but when you're a writer and that happens it's an amazing feeling 😂 happened to me once. I took chapter 1 of a book I was writing to an art gathering at Mt friends' house, and this girl read it and at the end legit started crying 🫠

"the lights aren't even down and michael is sitting there timing you" HAHAHAHHAHAHAHA link with such VIVID details as usual

If you really truly trust yourself, Rhett's method works to cope with anxiety. I am always stressed tf out when I need to talk to a bunch of people or need to meet a deadline. As soon as I have done everything I could do for the day, I literally tell myself "Well thats it, good luck with tomorrow bro." Then I chill or do something I want to do before going to bed.😂😂😂

I used to have a dream periodically that I didn't have enough credits to graduate high school. Part of it might have stemmed from me taking 3 college courses in my senior year of HS. The credits hadn't transferred by the time I graduated, so I was the only person who didn't actually get my diploma at graduation. The dreams went on for years though.

The bus and plane ride to boot camp when I joined the military was probably the most nervous Ive been

19:51 friends till the end is my best friend and I’s favorite song to sing. We’re both musicians and it’s a core part of our friendship, so whenever we’ve performed together we’ve closed signing friends till the end because it’s goofy but also meaningful for us. Thanks for writing a song that so perfectly reflects both your friendship and ours!
